A new collaboration, Shanti and Sara have never performed together in concert. Shanti Shivani performs the meditative dhrupad, East Indian raga. Contrasting is Sara Tone's rhythmic, urgent Earth Tribe Gospel conveying messages for our time. Arriving at the confluence of their unique musical roots will unite all our voices in Sacred World Chant.
The concert will be held in the chapel at Langley Methodist Church, a lovely setting. Proceeds will go to the South Whidbey Homeless Coalition which includes local churches, business, educational and social service organizations.
